The Privateers (6-10, 0-3) were blown out 11-0 in game one of Saturday's doubleheader, then rallied to tie the nightcap at 2-2 in the ninth inning before falling in the tenth, 3-2.

Preston Marsh's 2-RBI single tied the contest in the top of the ninth, but Mitchell Alexander grounded into a double play with two runners on to end the rally, and the Privateers would surrender the winning run an inning later.
